Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to process and deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, where available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities and remote areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, security situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping may be offered on selected products, bundles, or promotional orders.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations. Please provide a complete address and an active phone number so the courier can contact you.

Orders may be cancelled if the customer does not confirm the order or repeatedly remains unavailable to receive the parcel.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking updates can sometimes take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct:

  • Full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • City and area
  • Active phone number

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Damaged or Incorrect Parcel

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. In case you receive a damaged, leaked, missing, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the parcel
  • Clear photos or video of the received product
  • An unboxing video where possible

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Open Parcel Policy

Customers should not open the parcel before making payment unless the courier company officially provides an open-parcel facility. Availability of this service depends on the courier.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may attempt delivery more than once. Please remain available at the provided phone number. If the parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, or an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

During sales, promotions, launches, and high-demand periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during such periods.
